1.What type of therapy do you offer?
We offer psychotherapy services that specialize in treating things like anxiety, depression, trauma and more. We only used evidence practices that have been proven to provide results.
2. What can I expect during my first session?
The first session is all about learning about you and how we can best help you achieve your goals. We always work to provide a safe confidential space where you can open up without fear of judgment.
3. What are your fees?
Our fee is $100 per 50 minute session. We also offer lower rates for those in financial need, depending on availability.
4. Are you covered by insurance?
Yes, most insurance companies cover this service. To be safe, before beginning you may want to check in with your provider to ensure they cover registered psychotherapists.
5. Are your services virtual?
Yes, virtual therapy has been proven to be just as effective as in-person. You can now attend therapy from the comfort of your own home!
6. How do I know if therapy is right for me?
The answer to this question will really depend on you. We offer a free 20 minute phone consultation where you can ask whatever you'd like to help determine if we are the right fit.
7. How often should I attend therapy?
This is similar to the previous question. It depends on your own unique needs. Most clients attend therapy once a week. Some switch to bi-weekly as things start to improve. Ideally, the point is to help you reach a place where you feel your goals have been met and you no longer need therapy.
